The Lighthouse at Long Island is a $3.74 billion project that is expected to generate almost $71 million in tax revenue a year. The Lighthouse will generate 75,000 construction and construction related jobs during the 8-to-10 year build out, as well as 19,000 permanent jobs. The Lighthouse will become an attraction for all.
